Every Lucky Chick product is created with love — and we want you to absolutely adore it. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it right.

🩷 Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products purchased on sale or marked as Final Sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email hello@luckychick.com with your:

• Order number
• Product(s) you’d like to return
• Reason for your return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

🚚 Return Shipping

• U.S. customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Canadian customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow extra time for customs clearance.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item.

🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact hello@luckychick.com within 30 days of delivery for an exchange authorization.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
