For returns and exchanges within the U.S., customers may return new or lightly used products by mail within 30 days of purchase. Lucky Chick provides a free downloadable return label for all eligible orders.
Every product we make is a little love letter to your glow.
But sometimes love needs a do-over — and that’s okay.
If something you ordered didn’t make you feel like you, we’ll make it right — no stress, no guilt, just care.

We believe beauty should feel joyful — never stressful. That’s why you can return or exchange any product that didn’t make you shine, even if you’ve gently tried it.
🕒 How Long You Have
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return or exchange.
✨ Tried It and Not in Love? Totally Okay.
- Gently used or lightly tested makeup items are welcome back within 30 days.
- Please include your original packaging and order number (a receipt is fine).
- Don’t send products directly to the manufacturer — we’ll share the correct next steps once your request is approved.
💌 How to Start a Return
- Email sales@luckychick.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn’t work.
- Our Glow Support team will reply with a link to download and print your prepaid return label.

💳 How Refunds Work
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — your bank or card company may take a few business days to post it.
If your refund hasn’t shown up yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card company (processing can take a few days)
- Contact your bank

🌼 Exchanges Made Easy
If your product arrived damaged or defective, we’ll replace it right away. Just email sales@luckychick.com with a photo and your order number — we’ll send you a free return label and get your replacement on its way.
🎁 Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift (or was shipped to the gift giver), the refund will go to the original purchaser.
📦 Shipping Your Return
- After your return is approved, we’ll email you a link to download and print your prepaid shipping label.
- Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless your item was damaged or defective.
- For items over $75, we recommend using the provided label and saving your tracking receipt.
