We want you to love your glow. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it right.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the purchase date to request a return or exchange.
What’s Eligible

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please don’t send products back to the manufacturer.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@luckychick.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with next steps. (Kind note: please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or provide next steps.
Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and can’t be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. Email sales@luckychick.com and we’ll share exchange instructions.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value once we receive your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift (or was shipped to the gift giver), the refund goes to the original purchaser.
Shipping Your Return
After your return is authorized, we’ll provide the correct return address (Nyack, NY).

You’re responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, any prepaid return label cost (if used) may be deducted from the refund.

For items over $75, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
